Now I'd like to focus on Russia's largest and deepest lake, Lake Baikal. At 636 kilometres (395 mi) long and 79 km (49 mi) wide, Lake Baikal has the largest surface area of any freshwater lake in Asia (31,722 km2/12,248 sq mi) and is the deepest lake in the world (1,642 m/5,387 ft). It contains about 20% of the world's fresh water (from Wikipedia):

This lake is shaped like a large gash or even a lethal or deadly wound on the Russian goat:

Oddly enough, this lake has seals in it. Yes, freshwater seals, many tens of thousands of them. "The Baikal Seal or nerpa (Phoca sibirica) is found throughout Lake Baikal. It is one of only three entirely freshwater seal populations in the world, the other two being subspecies of Ringed Seal. ... It is a species of earless seal endemic to Lake Baikal in Siberia. It remains a scientific mystery [to evolutionists] how the seals originally came to Lake Baikal, hundreds of kilometers from any ocean. The total population is estimated to be over 60,000 animals, and hunting of the seals, once widespread, is now restricted" (from Wikipedia).

So why bring up the fact that there are seals living in a lake shaped like a deadly wound on the belly of an enormous Russian goat? I think of more than just coincidence. I think of Providence, and I think God has a sense of humour. These seals make me think of the seals in Revelation 6:

1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, "Come and see." 2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. 3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, "Come and see." 4 And there went out another horse [that was] red: and [power] was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

I believe this red horse and its rider represents the scourge of communism. And it makes me think of Esau who was to live by the sword (Genesis 27:40). By the way, this Russian goat also has a sword. It is Russia's largest island, Sakhalin Island:

It's right beside the goat's front leg, and it's pointing directly at Japan.

Now we're going to look north of Lake Baikal, at an event that occurred on June 30, 1908 called The Tunguska Event, or Tunguska explosion.

"The explosion is believed to have been caused by the air burst of a large meteoroid or comet fragment at an altitude of 5–10 kilometres (3.1–6.2 mi) above the Earth's surface. Different studies have yielded varying estimates of the object's size, with general agreement that it was a few tens of metres across. ... Estimates of the energy of the blast range from 5 to as high as 30 megatons of TNT. ... about 1,000 times as powerful as the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, Japan. ... The explosion knocked over an estimated 80 million trees over 2,150 square kilometres (830 sq mi). It is estimated that the shock wave from the blast would have measured 5.0 on the Richter scale. An explosion of this magnitude is capable of destroying a large metropolitan area. ... The Tunguska event is the largest impact event over land in Earth's recent history" (from Wikipedia).

I believe this event occurred so that we would consider Revelation 8:

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

I believe this fallen star is symbolic of Satan. I think the Tunguska Event helps to illustrate just what he as the Destroyer will do in a spiritual sense when he shows up in Jerusalem claiming to be the Messiah (2nd Thessalonians 2:4).

I find it very interesting that the name of that fallen star was Wormwood because the Ukrainian town of Chernobyl means 'wormwood'. "The city is named after the Ukrainian word for 'mugwort' or 'wormwood' (Artemisia vulgaris), which is 'chornobyl'" (from Wikipedia). Chernobyl is most infamous for the disaster at their nuclear power plant in 1986. Here is a map illustrating the nuclear fallout:

Chornobyl, Russia

"The Chernobyl disaster was a nuclear accident that occurred on 26 April 1986, at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine (then in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, part of the Soviet Union). It is considered the worst nuclear power plant accident in history and is the only level 7 event on the International Nuclear Event Scale. The disaster occurred on 26 April 1986, at reactor number four at the Chernobyl plant, near the town of Pripyat in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR), during a systems test. A sudden power output surge took place, and when an attempt was made for emergency shutdown, a more extreme spike in power output occurred which led to a reactor vessel rupture and a series of explosions. This event exposed the graphite moderator components of the reactor to air and they ignited; the resulting fire sent a plume of radioactive fallout into the atmosphere and over an extensive geographical area, including Pripyat. The plume drifted over large parts of the western Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and Northern Europe. Large areas in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia had to be evacuated, with over 336,000 people resettled. According to official post-Soviet data, about 60% of the fallout landed in Belarus" (from Wikipedia).

How interesting then that this event took place right at the exaggerated anus of the Russian goat:

No, I'm not saying that God caused this disaster, but I'm sure He allows things to happen. It's just interesting that it happened at the 'end' of the Russian goat. It helps to illustrate how this fallen star named Wormwood can destroy lives.

And finally I'd like to move further to the east and take a gander at Russia's masculinity:

Novaya Zemlya
[Map from the Perry Castenada Library,

It's at the base of the Ural Mountains (marked by the blue line), and if we trace a path northward along that range, all the way up to the Arctic Ocean, we find the island called Novaya Zemlya which is very much shaped like a penis, the biggest one on Earth. "It consists of two main islands, the northern Zemlya and the southern Novaya, which are separated from each other by a narrow strait. The islands are the northern edge of the Ural Mountains, the southern end of which are in northern Kazakhstan, a length of over 2,400 kilometers (1,500 miles)" (from NASA's Visible Earth). The strait is marked by a light blue line below:

It's also known in English and in Dutch as Nova Zembla, Goose Land (from Wikipedia). It is about 600 miles long, and in the latter part of the last century it was used as a nuclear test site.

I believe this island is a good hint that we should investigate Russia's heritage which I believe began with Esau. That it's 'not attached' to the goat, so to speak, is not a good sign. Let's go to Genesis 26:

34 And Esau was forty years old when he took to wife Judith the daughter of Beeri the Hittite, and Bashemath the daughter of Elon the Hittite: 35 Which were a grief of mind unto Isaac and to Rebekah.

Esau basically married the enemy, Canaanites, the general name for Hittites, Hivites, etc. Oddly enough, Judith means 'female Jew'. Here are some notes on these names from the Companion Bible: "She [Judith] had a second name, Aholibamah (see Genesis 36:5,14,25). Beeri's name was also Anah, but he had acquired the name Beeri (or the spring-man) from his having discovered the hot springs (translated 'mules' in 36:24). Bashemath had a second name, Adah. The name Bashemath dropped in 36:2 to avoid confusion with the daughter of Ishmael. In chapter 26 we have general history, in chapter 36 precise genealogy". Here is chapter 28:

8 And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father; 9 Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.

In chapter 36, Mahalath is called Bashemath, a name that means 'fragrant' and probably a nickname:

1 Now these [are] the generations of Esau, who [is] Edom. 2 Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan; Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah the daughter {or rather son} of Zibeon the Hivite; 3 And Bashemath Ishmael's daughter, sister of Nebajoth.

In other words, Esau married outside the Adamic line, or had mixed marriages; not a very popular topic to speak against these days, but he would have known of the promises given to Abraham and Isaac, and should not have done this. Your ancestry and genealogy are important.

The Russian goat's future doesn't look too promising. Without the ability to procreate, one's family line ends; you have no future as a people. But then our Father told us about Esau and his land in Malachi 1:

The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi. 2 "I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, 'Wherein hast thou loved us?' Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob, 3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
